CardCreator credits are digital credits used to generate printable greeting cards. We want the credit system to be fair and predictable.
Failed Generations
Credits should only be used after a successful card generation. If a generation fails before artwork is created, the app is designed not to deduct a credit.
Accidental Purchases
If you bought credits by mistake or believe credits were added or used incorrectly, email us at support@cardcreator.app with your account email and approximate purchase time.
Used Credits
Once a credit has been used to create and save a card, refunds are not guaranteed because image generation costs are incurred immediately. We will still review genuine technical issues fairly.
Stripe Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
